The original Rupi are a set of nesting bowls in six different sizes with rough textured exteriors and mirror polished interiors. They have the rough asymmetry of clay pottery—an amusing effect that is set in contrast to the lavish material from which they are made. Each is modeled and cast by hand using a traditional Moroccan sand casting method.
